1. Website Development Services

1. We offer website design and development for businesses, creators, startups, and professionals.
2. Our services include UI/UX design, frontend/back-end development, and deployment support.
3. Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, branding) unless content creation is included in the package.
4. We are not responsible for SEO, marketing, or lead generation unless specifically agreed in writing.
5. Clients are responsible for hosting, domain registration, and ensuring their website content is legal and compliant.
6. We do not develop websites promoting illegal, unethical, or harmful content (e.g., scams, hate speech, adult content).

2. Crypto Investment Consultancy & Advisory

1. We provide educational and market advisory services related to cryptocurrency and digital assets.
2. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Our services are non-binding, opinion-based, and meant for informational purposes.
3. We do not sell, store, or transfer any cryptocurrency (including USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.) on behalf of users.
4. We do not offer fund management, staking, or wallet services. All crypto transactions are to be conducted independently by clients using third-party exchanges.
5. We do not guarantee profits, fixed returns, or protection from market risks.
6. Users are solely responsible for complying with Indian crypto regulations, including:
   • Section 115BBH (30% tax on crypto income)
   • Section 194S (1% TDS on crypto transfers)
   • Schedule VDA disclosure in Income Tax Returns
   • FEMA guidelines (for international transactions)
7. We do not perform KYC/AML as we do not hold user funds.

3. Product Flipping & Reselling Services

1. We help clients resell or promote their products using our network and marketing expertise.
2. We do not manufacture or physically handle inventory unless separately agreed.
3. Product quality, fulfillment, and customer support remain the client's responsibility.
4. Our role is limited to marketing, networking, and optional strategy consultation.
5. We are not responsible for disputes, refund issues, or logistic failures.
6. Any money handling for product sales (if involved) must be mutually documented via written agreement.

4. Business Collaboration & Co-Creation Projects

1. We collaborate with individuals or businesses to co-develop or invest in promising projects.
2. Any such collaboration will be governed by a separate legal agreement (MoU, partnership contract, or equity deal) defining roles, contributions, and rights.
3. We reserve the right to accept or reject partnership proposals at our discretion.
4. We do not guarantee funding or outcomes unless a formal investment contract is signed.
5. All parties must ensure their business idea is compliant with Indian laws and not involved in illegal activity.
6. We are not liable for financial, tax, legal, or operational liabilities of any partnered business unless explicitly stated.

5. Compliance & Legal Disclaimer

1. Users agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Income Tax Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and other government directives.
2. We are not liable for your tax filings, TDS, GST, or crypto-related disclosures. Users must consult a qualified CA, legal advisor, or tax professional for personalized advice.
3. Any misuse of our services or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Payments, Refunds & Delivery

1. All services are prepaid and confirmed via email or written invoice.
2. No refunds will be issued once the project or service has begun unless we fail to deliver as per written agreement.
3. Delivery timelines, payment milestones, and deliverables will be clearly mentioned before starting any engagement.

7. Privacy, Data & Confidentiality

1. We respect your data privacy and confidentiality. Personal or business data shared with us will not be disclosed without your consent.
2. We may use project data for learning, portfolio, or case studies — anonymized unless permission is granted.
3. We do not sell user data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses
• Loss of data, profit, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by third parties, market movements, government changes, or acts of God

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
